PROPER PAU 2022-2023

Ailesh supports one of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry's programs, namely compliance with the LHK Regulation No.1 of 2021 concerning the Corporate Performance Rating Programme in Environmental Management (PROPER), and sees the Green PROPER rating, which is also part of Beyond Compliance, as more than just a prestigious event for companies through annual reports and awards. From an implementation standpoint, the Green PROPER grade has a substantial impact on environmental management, business processes, and organizational standards.

PT Panca Amara Utama, one of our sustainability partners for two years, achieved and maintained the Green PROPER grade. PAU received the Green PROPER rating for the first time in its history during its inaugural year. During the first year, Ailesh concentrated on assisting the company in improving data quality and sharing information with the Environmental Management Team, as allowed by SK. Conducting focus group discussions and workshops to promote communication and validation between both sides guaranteed that the reports fulfilled the requirements and expectations. PAU received the Green PROPER grade for the first time in its history, with a score substantially beyond the green candidate criteria for the chemical industry.

In the second year, PAU continued to rely on Ailesh for Green PROPER help, with an emphasis on updating data and reporting and improving all aspects of the evaluation. This was reinforced by the completion of the Water Audit in the second year. PAU won the Green PROPER trophy for the second time with an impressive score that exceeded 500 from the threshold score of 162.
