This initiative aimed to inventory and assess the biodiversity surrounding the company’s operational and conservation areas—providing a foundational database for sustainable management efforts.

Biodiversity inventory and baseline assessments are crucial steps in understanding the ecological richness of a site. By systematically documenting flora and fauna species, the company gains critical insights into ecosystem health and potential conservation priorities. Using the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) classification, Ailesh conducted an in-depth analysis of biodiversity conditions and assessed the impact of business operations on local ecosystems.
